I was having very bad Internet connection recently, and was getting very low SNR margin.
I complaint to the ISP and I keep on calling them and ask them to fix the junk DSLAM that serve my apartment.
I so know that it is already a malfunction piece of junk.
Today, the ISP technician came and they were blaming my copper cable is too old and asked me to find a contractor to change it.
My copper cable is new, and he blame my copper cable!
Guess what I did? I kicked the DSLAM and say, “this piece of junk is too old, change it!”
The technician keep quiet and then he say will try to ask the company to change it.
Sometimes, you have to spend some energy on kicking some ass if you want your problem to be solve.
