What do people do when they can’t sleep?
I just online and do nothing, don’t know what to do to sleep.
I think I had drink too much coffee just now.
Facebook is making me feel more boring, nothing interesting in it.
The games is just too boring to play for long hours.
I am already very tired, but don’t know why, no matter how, still can’t fall asleep.
Is there anything to eat or drink to reduce the effect of the caffeine?
Sleeping pills is not an answer as I don’t take sleeping pills.
I tried drink milk, but it does nothing.
I tried count sheep, but I still can’t feel sleepy, and it getting even more boring.
I have the same problem, but don’t really know how to fix it. Sometimes I stay up all night to go to sleep early the next night.
Maybe it’s just your sleep schedule? I think that is my problem.
Well regarding your insomnia, you can try minimizing your caffeine in take, that is number one. Try listening to soft music or anything that usually puts you to sleep.
